A customer came in with a Samsung Washer that wouldn’t spin the clothes out, leaving them wet. In this video, I show you how to determine the cause of the issue quickly and solve it by replacing the suspension rods in the washing machine. There are a few other ways that this machine could have the problem solved or troubleshooted if its not the rods that have gone bad.
